Is this thing on?

I may not be able to build a wordpress theme from the ground up, but I sure can mutilate someone else’s hard work and torture one into something that will do until a more suitable solution comes along.  So until I find my web-zombie, this will be where I rest my ancient bones to rattle on about this, that and the other thing.  Please excuse my mess, and do what you can to not leave one of yours.
